Pharmacological effects

Anabolic (enhancing protein synthesis). It stimulates the production of erythropoietin (a stimulator of hematopoietic function of the spinal cord), activated Anadrol Hematopoiesis (blood). The use of the drug leads to an increase in the synthesis of hemoglobin.

Indications

Aplastic anemia (decrease in blood erythrocytes associated with reduction in haematopoietic bone marrow), Refractory period anemia (little treatable), Myelosuppression (bone marrow suppressing activity) following treatment with cytostatics (substances that suppress cell division) or radiotherapy.

dosage

Adults administered at 2-5 mg/kg body weight per day. Course duration – up to 6 months. The dose and duration of treatment should be changed depending on the therapeutic effect. When using the active ingredient in combination therapy with cytotoxic agents or radiation therapy maximum daily dose of 150 mg.
Drug treatment is preferably carried out under the control of blood coagulation.
Oxymetholone given in combination with other medicines to treat anemia.

Side effects

Contraindications
