Human gonadotropin – preparation of glycoproteins obtained from the urine of pregnant women. It comes in the form of injections and is practiced in many countries. Among the athletes is HCG used to stimulate natural testosterone production during or after the steroid cycle. When the cycle ends abruptly, especially when endogenous androgens place without it, it can cause a very rapid loss of newly acquired muscle. When can HCG be avoided for this loss with?

Counterfeits are not widespread. Some athletes have noted the unpleasant side effects associated with the use of counterfeits – fever and blemishes, due to a lack of sterility of the drug, so be careful. The drug is packaged in two separate vials, one with a powder and the other still – with a sterile diluent. The contents of the ampoules are mixed before use and the mixture has been frozen for later use.

Characteristics of the drug

The form of administration of HCG is also rare. The substance chorionic gonadotropin is a white, powdery, freeze-dried substance that is commonly used as a compress. For each ampoule of HCG, each box contains an additional ampoule with an injection solution containing isotonic sodium chloride. This liquid, after sterile opening of the two ampoules, is injected into the HCG ampoule and mixed with the dried substance. The solution is then ready for use and must be injected intramuscularly. If only part of the substance is injected, the remaining solution should be stored in the refrigerator.It is not necessary to store unmixed HCG in the refrigerator. However, it should be stored away from light and below a temperature of 25°C.
